Service Description
Ideal for players at all levels, from fundamentals to high performance. Train solo or in a small group of up to 4 participants. Each session is fully tailored to your goals, skill level, and areas of focus. When booking, please include the skill or area you’d like to work on in the sign-up form. We’ll structure your session to learn the skill, practice it with purpose, and apply it in game-like situations ensuring you leave with real, playable progress.
Cancellation Policy
1. All booking payments for any sessions must be in advance. 2. A customer can change a booking up to 7 days before. 3. Outside of the 7 day period, refunds will only be issued if the attendee cannot attend a booking due to injury or sickness and notifies within 48 hours. There are on occasion exceptional circumstances where it may be appropriate for Project PBA to issue a refund/voucher. 4. Where a session has been cancelled by Project PBA, customers will be contacted by email/mobile. Where a session is cancelled at short notice it may not be possible for all participants to be contacted prior to arriving at the venue. Project PBA is not responsible for any additional costs incurred due to any session cancellations. 5. If due to bad weather or in the case of an emergency, sessions may be required to finish earlier than advertised, if this is the case no refunds or discounts are available. 6. If an attendee is sent home for unacceptable behaviour from any sessions prior to the advertised end time, no refunds or discounts are available. If a child is to be sent home they will not be allowed to continue to take part in the activity and must be collected as soon as possible. Project PBA operates a zero tolerance approach to bullying and disruptive behaviour and reserves the right to expel and send any child home from any session. 7. Please ensure you're appropriately dressed for the session. Court shoes must be worn with comfy sports clothing. It is always a good idea to have shorts & t-shirt under tracksuits. 8. Project PBA is only responsible for children on sessions within the stated times on the booking form. All children under the age of 16 will be required to attend a session with a parent or guardian. 9. Any lost property will be kept for a period of 7 days from the day of the session. Please contact Project PBA if you have lost an item. Project PBA accepts no responsibility for loss or damage to any personal property whilst attending sessions. 10. In the case of gross negligence by Project PBA. Project PBA and their employees accept no responsibility or liability in the event of death, loss or injury when attending a session. 11. Please note that Project PBA reserves the right to update and amend these Terms and Conditions. Resolving any disputes will apply these Terms and Conditions to each individual case and will make an informed decision accordingly. The most up to date version of these Terms and Conditions will be on this website.
